We process data required by law under Article 6(1)(c).

Recipients and retention

Authorised staff and hosting and email providers have access as needed. Authorities may receive data when required by law. For any necessary transfers outside the EEA we use safeguards under the GDPR. You can ask about these safeguards by email.

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to respond and follow up on the quote, then only as needed for legal obligations or claims. Contract and tax records are kept for the applicable statutory periods. Abuse counters expire within 15 minutes and expired entries are removed at the next check.
